Here is the email I received in case any one else needs to make a claim:
Please be advised that NewDiaperClub.com is no longer in business and will begin dissolution of the company as of June 17, 2009.
1. All claims against the assets of NewDiaperClub.com must be in writing and include the
claim amount, basis and origination date.
2. The deadline for submitting claims is July 18, 2009.
3. Any claims not received by NewDiaperClub.com prior to the date set forth above may not
be recognized.
4. All claims and payments must be sent to P.O. Box 12574, Wilmington, NC 28405.

This website has not been working for the past few days. Also, the claims@NewDiaperClub.com isn't a viable email address. I called a phone number for the detective working on this case and no one answers. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteHi, I don't know how I missed this comment. Probably busy moving... but I am curious to know if you got your money back? I ended up reversing the payment with my credit card company. I hope things worked out for you.
