Notice of Dissolution of NewDiaperClub.com

So, apparently, Amy is throwing in the towel on her rip off diaper company... LOL!

Here is the email I received in case any one else needs to make a claim:

Please be advised that NewDiaperClub.com is no longer in business and will begin dissolution of the company as of June 17, 2009.


1. All claims against the assets of NewDiaperClub.com must be in writing and include the
claim amount, basis and origination date.

2. The deadline for submitting claims is July 18, 2009.

3. Any claims not received by NewDiaperClub.com prior to the date set forth above may not
be recognized.

4. All claims and payments must be sent to P.O. Box 12574, Wilmington, NC 28405.

BBB

Just wanted to tell you all that I did file a complaint with the BBB about New Diaper Club. Surprise... Surprise... There has been no response from them. I'm not terribly concerned because I did get my money back after doing a chargeback with my credit card. Just thought I'd add this to the saga. And, happily, both of my twins are now potty trained, except pull-ups at night and nap so my diaper bill has gone way down. Just a baby in diapers now. =)

Chargeback Con't

Ok, my credit card company finished the chargeback & they say I should get my money back within the next day or so. Thank God! What a hassle newdiaperclub has been. I don't know whether this lady is trying to scam and scheme to take people's money or if she is truly buried and can't deal with her "success". I do business online. I wish I had that problem... But, oh well. Some people can't handle it. I have read other people's blogs and heard from other people on forums and some people actually do get diapers and wipes from this company so I really can't proclaim that they are a complete scam. All I can do is tell you my story. I signed up, and got nothing when I should have gotten 2 shipments in that time. No one answered the phone or replied to my emails. I even contacted the Arbonne rep who sells on their website and she gets back to me every time with a standard, "I'm sorry but I'm not involved with them. Any is my friend and they are legit" message. Although the Arbonne rep also sounds just as sincere as Amy does with her sweet friendly Christian voice, I still get nothing in the mail. So be it. I'm getting my money back! Hopefully, everyone who reads this will consider carefully before buying diapers from them...

And as a side note, one of my twins is now potty trained! Horray! Now I just have 2 kids left in diapers! The potty-trained twin is still wearing a pull-up at night though but big girl underwear in the daytime.

No Response & No Diapers!

I'm filing for a chargeback to get my money back. I never received not even 1 diaper from these people and its been nothing but hassle. I'm starting to wonder if they are a complete scam.

No Diapers - May 18th

ok, don't get diapers from them. They are a legit company and all but its not worth the hassle you have to go through every month. They never answer the phone and only answer emails when you threaten them. I'm getting so pissed off about their "service". At this point, I am going to probably ask for a refund. I'd rather pay more at the regular store. I was supposed to get my May diapers by now and they don't provide tracking numbers or anything so I have no way of knowing whether or not I need to go to the store and buy more. Their business hours are a joke, too. They never answer the phone. The one time she did, she told me "sorry, I was at church" and that was a Wednesday. I think these people spend more time at church then they do trying to operate their business. It would be a good deal if they shape up a little and improve things but for now, I don't recommend it. Too much hassel.

P.S. I was supposed to receive diapers between the 2nd and 15th. (rolling eyes)
And before Amy said in the future my emails would be answered next day. That's a load of crap, too. I never got a response from my last email at all.

15th and no diapers!

I emailed them and am waiting to hear back still and when I talked to Amy I was told I should have received diapers by the 15th. They say they ship them all out by the 10th so technically they could be delivered by the 17th if they were shipped on the 10th because they said fedex can take up to 7 days but I'm getting a little peeved. Amy also assured me that in the future my emails would be answered next day. I think their April malfunctions should have been fixed by now ya know? I like supporting small companies but I am starting to have my doubts about them... If I don't get diapers this month, it is not forgivable. I already forgave them for April! I better get a darn good explanation for this.

Diaper delivery dates

My May 2009 diapers are scheduled to arrive between the 2nd and the 15th. Amy says to contact her right away if they don't come by then. I did not get any tracking number. Going by what other members say, I guess it is not their regular practice to provide tracking numbers. It would probably solve a lot of their problems if they did send out shipment notification with tracking numbers.
They ship by FedEx.

From what I noticed with my ebay business, about half of my customers like being emailed and told when their items have been shipped. The other half either never said anything and then got me back on my ebay dsr stars or just didn't care. I know this has nothing to do with newdiaperclub but I think its interesting nonetheless. It took me several months to catch on and start emailing every one of my customers. Lets hope that newdiaperclub catches on sooner.

New Diaper Club Review Blog... Because noone else did it!

New Diaper Club . Com Review

I am starting this review because there was a lack of info on this new company and I want to be able to tell everyone how they are.

April 6th
Ordered one year of diapers for my baby girl. Requested start month is in May. I got in on the April Easter special - $350/ one year.

April 26th
After some confusion with them, a woman named Amy (sweet sounding lady with a Southern accent) called me and explained her company to me. It started as a charity and now they are a small business with about 10 employees. They offer a very personalized service and you can change your order every month. You choose from the name brands on their website with the monthly form.

One cool feature Amy told me about:
If you have too many diapers you can skip a month and that month will be added to the end. So, when you buy a year, you are buying 12 shipments, no matter what. They do not have to be consecutive. You always get what you order, too. They will never send you pampers if you ordered huggies. The second place on the form is for second child, not second choice.
