15th and no diapers!

I emailed them and am waiting to hear back still and when I talked to Amy I was told I should have received diapers by the 15th. They say they ship them all out by the 10th so technically they could be delivered by the 17th if they were shipped on the 10th because they said fedex can take up to 7 days but I'm getting a little peeved. Amy also assured me that in the future my emails would be answered next day. I think their April malfunctions should have been fixed by now ya know? I like supporting small companies but I am starting to have my doubts about them... If I don't get diapers this month, it is not forgivable. I already forgave them for April! I better get a darn good explanation for this.

  1. I have not had any luck contacting them -- my April order did not appear either. My emails have remained unanswered since early April. Also, I skipped March as I had enough diapers from my shower. So, I only received one order in Feb. Please let me know what # you are using to contact them -- all it does is ring when I call.

  2. I just reported them to the internet crime complaint center. I have called my local police and also have called the Wilmington Police dept. as well. Anyone experiencing the same non delivery and fraud by Amy Galliher and newdiaperclub.com should file a report.

    Also, I am contacting NightLine through a friend that works there. If anyone is interested in them doing an investigation, please drop a line. The more people who report this felony, the better. We may be able to stop this criminal.

  3. NewDiaperClub.com took $500 for a years supply of diapers and wipes in Jan. 2009 and sent me two shipments. The second shipment was late so I contacted the number listed on my paypal account and spoke to Amy.

    She apologized and said that it would be sent. I received the shipment in the middle of march. After I had bought more diapers from the supermarket.

    I did not receive the April shipment though the website promised that I would receive it between the first and the 10th of the month.

    I paid for the diapers in three installments through paypal thinking that it would save me from fraud, but since paypal has a statute of limitations on disputes, when I did not receive my diapers I could not file for a refund. In total I paid the $500!

    I was only able to file a claim on the recent payment for $160. Which I have to wait for the seller to respond to. After calling the number listed numerous x's a day and many emails for two months without response, I need my money back.

    I thought 'Amy' was screening my calls so I asked my husband to call on his phone and Amy picked up and apologized saying they had "technical difficulties" and will ship immediately. That was a month ago! No diapers! After that, no matter what phone number I used to call the two numbers, no one would pick up.

    Newdiaperclub.com has taken all of my hard earned money and at best is sending diapers to new customers and scamming others by not sending shipments. I consider this to be a breach of their contract and would like a full refund which they promise on their website...

    Only problem is; I cannot get a hold of them! Beware! If there is anyone who can help please let the authorities know that they are stealing from hard working families.

  4. Jennifer, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If more people file complaints, maybe the authorities will do something about this woman and her website.
